I am married with 3 beautiful kids. I was a professional dancer for about 12 years. I than went on to work in the medical field for about 8 years. I am now home full time with my kiddos but do have a mobile spa, Skin care has always been important to me because of doing modeling. They pound in your head the importance of taking care of your skin. I lost myself with being mom many years back gaining way to much weight and taking care of everyone else except for myself. In the past year I have dropped a ton of weight and I feel great. You can see my before and after pictures on my blog page. I have found that it is through good eating and working out is how true weight loss happens and as long as you stay focused you will have it off forever.
