I guess I haven't been around since my computer crashed and got repaired.  The last blog entry that was posted was way back on Sept 4.   I have at least 15 more posts since then, many that are about John's cancer treatment and his fantastic recovery from his stem cell transplant.  Wonder what's happening?

John went back to work on Monday, Sept 21, one month to the day he entered the hospital for his transplant.  You were right about the antibiotics.  John was on acyclovir for 14 days after he got home and also another one whose name escapes me right now.  He will be on bactrim until day 100 (we're at day 28 now)  The red spot on his neck turned out to be shingles.  It's still there.
