I'm trying to lose as much weight as possible by August and also do as much strength training as possible. I run 2-3 miles 5/6 days a week. I also do an ab workout for 25 minutes, 2 times a week.
Team Goals:
Avoid high fat foods,
Eat healthy,
Eat more fruits & vegetables,
Eat more whole grains,
Limit my caloric intake,
Lose weight,
Stick to my diet.
