I live in Cape Canaveral, FL and would be interested in finding partners for bike riding on trails between the Space Coast and the Orlando area. My wellness interests include Bikram yoga, pilates, running, and healthy eating. I am a former competitive runner and would like to participate in 5K runs and perhaps biathlons and triathlons at some point. I am currently carrying an extra 30 lbs and am undergoing a cleanse/detox with Metagenics UltraInflamX Plus 360 and Advaclear for 28 days. I would be interested in hearing others' experiences with cleansing.
