I have a combination of Rheumatoid Arthritis and Ankylosing Spondylitis.  I've have run the gamut of prescription drugs for these conditions.  I'm currently on a drug called Humira, but still need to take daily doses of prednisone to remain stable.  Most people just looking at me would not know what a battle health issues have been for me, because I look really good!  I have to say that while I take the meds, I have also done alot of research on nutrition and health.  I really believe in getting a good diet, taking supplements and getting excercise, even if all I can do that day are some stretches.  I also believe that attitude is really important; while I have to cope with disease, my disease does not define me.
