Hello, my name is Laura Efinger and I am an American Occupational Therapist. I am originally from New York, but I have been living and working in Cairo, Egypt since 2003. I presently work with children with special needs. I am an active member of the Committee to Develop Occupational Therapy in Egypt. My aim of this blog is to create awareness of the need for OT services in Egypt. I would like to provide a forum to connect international OT's with Egyptians interested in developing services for people with special needs in Egypt. (At present, I am in New York, but will continue to update the blog!)
