Decrease in vision after cataract treatment

Hi,

I am 25 yeaars old woman and i had my cataract surgery done last year and i didnt get my vision clear can any one help me why it is happenning like that and any solution for that and 

can any one tell me the complications after cataract surgery and can i get my vision back.
