Hi there! I just started getting into biking, and I wanted to continue it through the school year. I'd really like to incorporate it into my overall workout plan.
I am a 47 year old out of shape smoking bipolar female who suffers from major depressive disorder as well. I think biking would be something I might could stick with better than anything else. I don't have a bike and wouldn't know what to even look for in one.
