Due to the HEAT

Posted Apr 15 2009 11:15pm

Really the sun is not my friend. I thought it would be a little bit kind to me but man last Tuesday we went out noontime. As much as possible I don’t go out of the house between 10Am to 2pm because I know how harmful the sun can be at that time but unfortunately the ballet lessons I would be enrolling the little girl was scheduled at 1pm. And since I was so engrossed on the book I was reading I did not realized the time until I end up rushing to be able to be on school on time. And because of that I decided not to put any sun block. I know that’s not a good way but I took the gamble thinking it was just only one day. And that one day cost me. When we settling at home (the ballet lesson was re scheduled to start next week) I felt the heat. Not only I can feel my joints having some pain especially my foot and hands. I was thinking oh, oh, not again! Until last night I was suffering pains all over my body. My right shoulder blade hurts that I had a hard time sleeping. Fortunately for me though I woke up tired and all the pains are all gone. Now, I can focus on looking for term life insurance online. Ah living with lupus really needs a lot of patience and wisdom.
