Is there any way to help with the side effects of weaning off of long term steroid use?

I was prescribed 70 mg of prednisone per day 3 years ago when I was having breathing problems due to forest fires in our area.
Withing weeks it shut down my pituitary adrenal axis and for the past 24 months I have been weaning in the hopes of waking my adrenals back up.
They are now awake, and I am down to my final 3 mg per day and I am suffering intense muscle and bone pain as well as headaches and eye pain. I am so exhausted I sleep about 16-20 hours a day and it is very hard to wake me up.
I have a history of many endocrine diseases as well as pituitary tumors and fibromyalgia.
Any help or advice would be appriciated.
