Well, since using the
Runner's World: SMART COACH I've noticed some improvement. I've been in a great mood about running over the last week and I think it has something to do with it.
I also hit a PDR this weekend on my long run of 11.05 (previous PDR was 9.5 miler that didn't go so well). This PDR was hit and I felt like I could've kept on running WOO-HOO!
Today I have a Easy 5 miler to tend too...
