Lemon water!

Someone told me to try drinking water with lemon when I'm feeling hungry. It totally works! Instead of chowing down on chips or even an energy bar, between meals I just drink some lemon water and that holds me over. I don't even feel hungry, plus I'm drinking more water, which I think helps clear my head.
