I grew up in Wisconsin and moved to the SF Bay Area in 1998. I love to hike and rollerblade, but I work at a desk job (student services & administration) so I've found it a challenge to get enough exercise. I've recently started working out on my lunch hours and walking on days I don't go to the gym. I can't believe how much better I feel! I love it!
I am married and 3 months pregnant, yaaaay!!!. I am over 35 so I am concentrating on optimal health to make this an good pregnancy and keep the baby very healthy. I go to prenatal yoga in Mountain View and do more in my home as well.
I like to run outside, on the treadmill, or on the elliptical. I used to do crew, so rowing is my hidden passion. I'm also into pilates, yoga, step aerobics, and basic cardio :)

I work full-time in the Alumni Travel/Study program. I've been working at Stanford since 2000. I'm also a certified massage therapist. I see clients evenings and weekends with a focus on sports massage and rehabilitation. I commute to work by bicycle almost every day! I also enjoy Yoga as well as many oudoor fitness activites.
