I enjoy meditating it really relaxes me when I am able to do it. I have a tendancy to let my mind run. I have a new meditation CD with verbal guidance to assist me in keeping on task.
Hi my name is Kellie, I am a bundle of nerves and I am trying to learn out to control my anxiety and fears. So I want to learn how to quiet my mind at least 3 times a week for 10 mins. I just turned 40 and realized, how fast the first 40 years went by and I really never stopped to just be still. I want to enjoy the next 50 years with a happy, healthy mind.
