I’m a Nutrition Therapist, have a degree in Exercise Science, am a Registered Yoga Instructor (I don’t currently teach classes), and have a personal interest and expertise in celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, and holistic health. I’m on a mission to increase awareness of celiac disease and help people navigate the gluten-free lifestyle with confidence, strength, optimal nutrition, and renewed vitality. I know how difficult that can be because I have celiac disease and so does my daughter, but with the right lifestyle changes, optimal health is not only achievable, it can be fun and taste good too!

Hiking, backpacking, telemark skiing, and yoga are also high on my passion list and part of what I consider my “freedom from disease” way of living. I take my wholesome gluten-free lifestyle on the road, on the trail, or into the mountains and I’ve found there’s no reason you can’t live an active (even rather extreme) lifestyle once you learn the necessary steps to clean out your body, start yourself on a healing path, and reclaim your life.
