What couse a big lump like an egg under the skin on my right shoulder and pain very bad when I press it, and the pain,tingling, numbness down to my arm, and my fingers are swollen, sensitive to touch and I can't bent my midle finger. My left side is also fell pain but less than the right and I still can move all of my fingers but I can't squeeze tight
It could be any number of differant things.
But, sounds like you might have a pinched nerve some where. Most likely in your neck. When it runs down your arm to your hand.
Another thing, make sure that you are not sleeping with your arm or wrist underneath you at night.
Its good to get it checked by a doctor.

I am experiencing numbness and tingling in my right arm down to my hand. I keep looking at my hand thinking that it must be swollen, but it isn't. Can you give me any leads?
