Peyronie's penis disease, a disorder condition of uncertain cause, is characterized by a plaque, or hard lump abnormalities, that forms on the penis. The plaque develops on the upper or lower side of the penis in layers containing erectile tissue. It begins as a localized inflammation and can develop into a hardened scar. If there is no pain then it shouldn't be harmful.
The other scarring probably should be looked at by a dermatologist who can give you more information on your condition.

there is a hard round bump on the side of the shaft of my pennis under my skin. i have had it for as long as i can remember. is it harmful?
in the last 2-3 years, a series of yellowish but flesh colored bumps had begun to frow on the head of my penis. it began as one but now there are 3. they kind of overlap each other. also, each of them has a center where a waxy material comes out if squeezed. the growths do get noticably smaller but then after a while grow back to their normal size. they dont seem to grow bigger, other than the fact that there are more of them than before. i once asked my doctor and she told me they were scars from damage and not harmful, and that they cannot be removed. i am hoping for a more specific answer and a second opinion regarding removal...
thanks for any help!
