If you are not sexually active it maybe poor hygene, irritatation, heat rash or other skin condition.

Keep the genital area and inner thighs clean and dry.

i am overwirght which as caused a blackish rash around my gentails and inner thighs - "brief rash" they say.its really terrible feeling. please help.
