I have swollen glands in my groin whats wrong

His symptoms are of the following:
    * Enlarged lymph glands in the groin area
    * Hernia (usually a soft, large bulge in the groin on one or both sides)
    * Infection
    * Injury trauma to the groin area
    * Sexually transmitted disease (STD)
    * Cancer
    * Drug reaction

I would recommend that he be evaluated by a doctor for a correct diagnosis.
