 I hurt my shoulder last night and it is very painful what should I do

You should see a doctor for exam and maybe a xray.
If it's swelling put ice on it.
I went shoulder first in the boards playing hockey. I can move my arm and I don't think I messed up the bone. Do you think I just bruised the muscles in there? I can rotate my neck but only life my arm horizontally and not over my head without pain. I have put ice on it. Do you think I broke anything? Should I give it a day to see if it gets better or go get an xray right away?
