It’s Still Your Body And It’s Still Your Responsibility

arts Back in May and July I introduced  the Alignment Resistance Training Method and Your Body, Your Responsibility by Douglas J. Splittgerber and Debra M. Corbo. The book covered form and function of the skeletal and muscular system and is a great guide for people embarking in a fitness program, recovering from injury or just an overall guide to how the body parts function and tie in to each other.

Douglas and Debra have taken their site, Yourbodyonline a step further by adding downloadable training video (via purchase) that show proper technique with body placement and alignment. It’s like having a personal trainer online.

They’ve also added a Services section with a variety of services to include yourbodytrainer.com membership that comes with a free 10 minute phone consultation, a monthly newsletter, and many other great products and services.

ON top of all of these additions, Doug and Debra now have a weekly radio show that you can listen to online at Yourbodyradio.com. You can join for free and receive immediate access to a free video about Stick Squats that can help you strengthen your spine and legs.
