lump under my skin on the collar bone

i had a little white lump under my skin on the collar bone

for more than a year. when i push the lump it moves aside.

last week or two i noticed that it graws and now it is more or less inch circle more or less

any advice?

If it is a soft lump just under the skin chances the symptom are it will be a lipoma. However, if it is hard then one needs to have it assessed.

In either case it's a good idea to consult a physician to exam it for a correct diagnosis.
