pain and lump on my upper inner thigh leg

was a small bump now it is painfull and getting bigger, it's top up in the inner thigh of my leg,

Symptoms are of a swollen lymph node or tumor.


Anytime you have pain and bump it is a serious sign for medical attention.
I  would suggest you seek consultation with a doctor so that a proper diagnosis and treatment regimen be instituted.

Oh my I have the same lumps, two of them, tender to the touch, and if I press on them my upper thigh hurts.  These lumps are soft and I can kind of move them around.
