pain in abdomen, side

I have pain about 2 inches under my navel, in my abdomen and then on my right side as well too... this pain is not unbearable, more of a discomfort... i was checked for a hernia about 2 months ago and did not have one, and this pain has been going on now for about a week or close to it... any idea what could be wrong??
