Lanacane may stop the itching.

It can also be an allergic reaction to soap, body lotion, suntan lotion, or other cosmetic used on your legs. Use a natural soap from a health food store (never use antibacterial soaps!), and for a moisturizer use an organic oil (organic olive oil is awesome).

It's best to see a doctor because it might be something serious like a candida skin condition or poor circulation in your legs.

I have the exact same symptoms with Psoraisis. Although my true psoraisis breakouts are limited, my legs from the knees down always itch with a vengenace! Tannining/Sun exposure on the affected areas really seems to help, as well as lower humidity weather. Hard water can also aggravate the issue. I like Eucerin Calming Cream for a non-medicated solution, and if it's still itchy try getting a steroid cream from your doctor.
