partners both claim they are clean and acted nervous when i expressed concern, i hadnt notice dots till today after interourse after using ky warming lube for the first time, is it possibly a allergic reaction or hemorrhaging from my partner being really tight and me having to do alot of forcing

Symptoms are what is called Fordyce spots. These are dots/spots caused by abnormally dilated blood vessels. Just don't pinch them... pop them... or manipulate them as you can end up with uncontrolled bleeding.
