Your symptoms are of Hemorrhoids, Rectal abscess and Levator ani syndrome.
Most probably it is Levator ani syndrome, which is a syndrome that causes rectal pain due to spasm of this muscle.
I would suggest you visited a doctor for a correct diagnosis.

Almost twice a month I wake up during the night with excruciating pain in my rectum, it's so bad that the pain runs down my legs to my thighs and calves muscels.
I'm not gay and I do not probe Anything in my rectum.
