what is the difference between stomach cancer and stomach ulcer systoms ?

can i know the differences. do cancer patients feel weak, fatigue easily, always bedridden ? stomach cancer has big or small bumps ? will they always feel the chronical sharp pain ?
stomach ulcer. are the bumps small ? will there be pain ? after medications, no more pain is felt. is this a good sign ? are those bumps ulcer ?
