What Not To Serve During The Holidays

During the holidays a lot of people start to pack on the pounds, this is in large part because of all the Xmas parties where you might have a few to many drinks and chow down on a few to many treats. But hell, this is the holidays and its our god given right to do so. But if your looking to try and stay lean through the winter try to find the healthiest choices for snacks like;

  • Turkey sandwiches
  • Christmas salad
  • light egg nog
  • snacks that are made eggs
  • Light beer
  • yogurt and berries

But the main point of the this whole article is for you not to serve the following recipe, please watch with caution
