Orgasms (climax) are a total body response, not just a pelvic event. Brain wave patterns show distinct changes during orgasms, and muscles in many different areas of the body contract during this phase of sexual response.

The most characteristic physical symptoms difference and causes of orgasm is the sensual sensation produced by the simultaneous rhythmic contractions of the pubococcygeus muscle (pc muscle). Along with contractions of the anal sphincter, rectum and perineum.

Many people subconsiously flex muscles as they approach orgasm - This can cause cramping pain in the buttock.

If he got light headed and felt sick on his stomach there may be other causes which should be address by a doctor.
