Will Cephalexin counter act against indomethacin or metronidazole?

Getting bumps every where on my body. They are hard areas on skin with no visible signs. Then couple days later turn in to white head bumps with hard bottom. Otherwords, the area turn a dark color around the white head and hard as well. Plus very sensitive to touch if try to pop. What should be done to draw it out and to softin the area. Could the mixer of pills do it. I came off one then started taking another. HELP ME Please.........

Do not pop the bumps as it might cause infection.

The drugs don't interact with each other, but the dermatologic reaction you are having could be due to any number of causes including an adverse effect or allergy so you need to  see your doctor for a correct diagnosis.
