
Except for the acid reflux, any and all of these symptoms accompany the Menopause transition. And yes, they are disturbing to say the least. Your age suggests that this might indeed be the beginning of Menopause.
Still, these symptoms are "non-specific" which means they could be from something else. The best thing to do is to get your hormones checked to see if you are in perimenopause and to rule out any other causes.
