Abilify side effect or coincidence?

I started taking Abilify 2.5mg yesterday after being diagnosed with bi polar disorder at the first visit with my new psychiatrist. Within a few hours of taking it I began to feel like I was coming down with the flu. I don't have a temp, but it feels like I do and I am freezing. Woke up today, felt a little better, but was in a complete fog. Took the meds again and have the chills. This could be a coincidence, but I leave for a week long biz trip and I can't get a hold of my doctor. I do live in WI where it is raining and 42 degrees out today and I have been over-worked and stressed out.
