severe anxiety

Posted by cobre

Usually when i start my day i hop out of bed and go to work but lately my mind has started to race uncontrolably . its not fun one moment im perfectly fine and then something triggers this sudden feeling of wrong, like im doing something wrong or something that just feel overwhelmingly negative. ive been trying to cope with it but it just wont go away like i planned. its kind of like an annoying relative comming to visit you before you go out to do something fun and gives you a totall buzzkill moood killer. and sometimes it happens when nothings wrong why is this why does my mind make me unhappy and panic all the time. ive noticed it gets better at night its not as controlling as i wind down my day. But i know it has something to do wiht my mental because ive never have been this way before, its like i  think of everything way to much and then i get filled with this negative void in my head. pardon my run ons and grammer im currently under the influence of one of these ""panic attacks""

I know that people have mood changes and fluctuations that distress them, so it's possible your anxiety is causing you some grief.  The racing thoughts are not fun - relaxing your mind and your body can help - deepbreathing and daily meditation, yoga or something that gets the stress out will help you with that.

Yes this is a normal problem many people face, the panic sets in and then you feel low.  Unless there is something that you can say , "Yes i just did something wrong then" like for example you insulted someone and then the reaction would be well-placed, this is panic and the panic is making you feel negative, bcos lets face it, it's not pleasant.  So work on the panic and being in the moment and treating yourself well and finding things that make you happy - be kind to yourself.

And if this doesn't work - see at therapist, someone you can trust, they're good - they can help you to learn that this problem is common and manageable. :)
