When I exercise, balance exercise is incorporated some type of way. I don't have a problem balancing myself when I'm walking, but when I'm asked to stand on one foot, that's very difficult for me to do. I read where balancing can be difficult for those with M.S. and I'm at the point where I don't even try to do the balance exercise in class. I'll just stand there or do a moderate version of the exercise. I guess I can look into some exercises tht can help me have a better focus when doing balance exercises. if there are any suggestions, let me know because I'm really into my exercise program!
