I agree with Keith. This is something that needs to be taken care of right away. It is not uncommon to experience nose bleeds in pregnancy due to the increased circulating volume of blood in your body right now. However, whenever there is the potential to compromise your airway (due to the enlarged tonsils), it should be a high priority.
The nose bleeds can be taken care of by an Ear Nose & Throat physician by cauterizing the bleeding vessels. The higher concern is that you cannot adeqautely eat/drink and can have airway compromise.

I have always had tonsil issues when I was younger but currently my tonsils won't let me eat anything no matter the size or the drink, not even soup. I have many nose bleeds as well and this seems to thicken my right tonsil and make the pain more unbearable. I am 35 weeks pregnant and It's my first pregnancy. What could this be and is it bad for me?
