- Any Olympic lift - snatch, clean
Snatch from Hang position

Clean

Anterior Chain

Into to Squats

More Squats







Horizontal Push
- Standing Cable / Band Press

Ring Push-Ups

- Dive Bombers or Hindu Push-Ups

Horizontal Pull



- Standing Cable / Band Row

Vertical Push
Military Press

Push Press



Vertical Pull
- Chin-Ups - palms face towards you

- Pull-Ups - same as Chin-Ups, excepts palms face away from you
- Pulldowns


Core
- Planks or other “postures”




Reverse Crunches


- Twisting movements (woodchops, etc…)
