Tuesday - Workout & Food

Cardio @ Lunch
30 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Stationary Bike
(Not sure I like the idea of riding nowhere outside of spin class)
- 60 seconds all out
- 2 minutes recovery
- Repeat 10 times.
