live life in the organic way

Posted Jan 29 2008 1:08pm 5 Comments

Two generations ago, people who insisted on natural, organic foods for their diets were regarded as eccentric “health freaks”. Now, the natural and organic food boom includes several million consumers who buy organics because they want to make sure they are getting more nutrients and pesticide-free food.

I’m constantly on the look out for organic health products and natural health sites and here is one webstore that specializes on organic products including organic food, organic vitamins, organic skin care and personal care products. One of my favourite brands is Burts Bees which I have been using for a couple of years. The Burts Bees Res-Q Ointment is an item I keep handy in my handbag for those bites and itches, great for adults and kids, especially on outdoor adventures. I spotted some new brands on the store including Giovanni, Kiss my face, Toms of Maine and more. So organic fans, here is another resource for all your organic health needs.

What's the name of the website?
What a neat name for a website: LiveLifeOrganic.com. Too bad it isn't up... I'd really like to read about it!
Well, it seems like the site is no longer active... you can check out some other organic/natural skin care sites such as Burts Bees, Avalon, Aubrey or Jasons.

Maybe it's because Earth Day is coming up, or that there's been a global push to go green, but everyone's on the band wagon. I just saw an SC Johnson commercial making Windex out to be green. I always thought that when I really want organic/green cleaners, I would use vinegar and also, Dr. Bronner's.

green is in these days.. but we should keep sight on the real reasons for being green...
