 This morning we found some HUGE Oyster Mushrooms growing on a stump in the backyard. Can't wait to fry these up for dinner! They will be great with the roast that I already had planned for dinner. Oyster mushrooms are pretty easy mushrooms to identify because they do not have many look alikes, but if you harvest any wild food, especially mushrooms, be sure to positively id before you consume.
