In case anyone is wondering, it's SNOWING here in Boston. SNOW. ING. My girls are excited, and keep running to the back doors to watch the giant flakes falling. I'd be a bit more tolerant if it were, say, December and not OCTOBER EIGHTEENTH.
In other news, we just got home from picking out Charlotte's new big-girl bed. We went with a pretty plain white sleigh bed with beadboard detailing. I love it and we went with a full-sized mattress so I can read bedtime stories without constantly worrying about collapsing the toddler bed and my entire body cramping up.
Charlotte lobbied for bunk beds and got a big, fat HELL NO. So she got a nice sleigh bed and a strawberry donut with sprinkles on the ride home. It's good to be 3 1/2.
In other Sunday afternoon news, I'm going to be making tuna melts for dinner and folding about 8 loads of laundry. Actually, probably 3 loads but putting 8 away. Getting ready for a busy week and that's about it.
