severe ear bleeding and blood in vomit

my baby cousin (5) lives in dubai and she got hit by a truck and now she is inthe hospital but the doctors ther dnt know anything ! but any ways we are told that she is crying her eyes open then close and severe ear bleeding like it wont even stop and severe vomiting and she is vomiting blood is comming out also im really worried please tell me asap what u might think is hapneing .
