I have had this feeling in my lungs latley like they are congested or maybe tight, and my throat feels tight to. Now I get panic attacks but I am not having one so thats out. Oh and above and below my left chest there seems to be some pain. Like when I laugh or sit down anything it just a really bad pain, do u know?

I am quite familiar with asthma as my mom had severe asthma along with a few other terminal illnesses and asthma runs in my mom's side of the family.  My mom's younger sister is a nurse practitioner and she is often so severely affected whenever there's a change in weather that she becomes hospitalized.  We're originally from the Republic of Palau in the southwest Pacific,
