I love it, and it's been tremendously good for me mentally and physically. I lost 40 lbs within the first 6 months, and have kept it off for about a year now.

I am 40 years old and have a 10 year old daughter. I have been involved with the Martial Arts for over 16 years. I am a student and instructor. In April 2007, I injured my knee during a two-person bo form. I had a complete ACL tear. On May 15, 2007, I had my ACL reconstructed using a hamstring graft.
