swollen occipital node,with tiny puss-filled blisters

i have a swollen painful occipital node behind right ear with tiny, itchy, puss-filled blisters on top of ear, also some other scalp and face itcing, slight temp.,feeling run-down and other small symptoms here and there. what could this be? a fungal infection, or cancer? Iam 55 trs.old major family history of cancer!
