brain damage in my beautiful little PARIS

hi can you please help me my beautiful little 14 week old white pomeranian had a drum on her head .
the vet done x-rays no broken bones .but they want to put her down ,it is 5 days now and she is not in any pain and is eating and drinking as i have to hold it up to her mouth as she bobs her head up and down now an again.
she could not walk at first,
but now walks a bit then falls down,she is weeinr and numbers2s.
can you please help with any thing that i should be doing.
i am giving her a bath every day so she can move her feet in the tub.
