 i have ketamine and diazepam injection form, what dosage do you recommend for a thirthy pound dog

I agree. I can't imagine why you want to give your dog either of these drugs without discussing this with your veterinarian first as both can have serious side-effects.
I am not sure why you would want to dose your dog or why you have drugs in your possession in the first place but you should not be administering them to you dog for any reason. please take your dog to a veterinarian.
