 what causes lumps to apear in puppy at this young age

Coco what is the age of your puppy and can you describe the lumps please?
my puppy is probly 3 months old and the lump is a little bigger then a golf ball it hangs between chin and throt its not hard but kinda mushey it appeard over nite
