After yesterday's cheery post on cremation I have a good story out of Saginaw Michigan. A 91-year-old lady was delivering cookies to her neighbor when she fell on ice with serious injuries. She called out for help for over one hour, but the only one to hear her cries for help was her neighbors recently acquired dog. The Jack Russell terrier Taz was a stray three months prior.
Taz continued to run to the window and whine. When his owner left him outside the dog ran down the driveway barking for his master to follow. The neighbor found the 91-year-old lady laying behind a snow bank, barely able to hold her head out of the snow. You can read the entire article
