paralysis of the right front and back limbs in cats

i have an out door cat who spends a great deal of time inside. She went missing since early lastnight. I heard her this morning crying and she could not move. Her right front and back limbs aare hanging limp at her side. The other two limbs are more mobile. She moves her head and can still eat. I am worried since i wont be able to see the vet till tomorrow. I have tried massaging the problem areas and it seems like she isnt in any pain. what should I do in the mean time to help her situation?
